Quincy, our black mini Schnauzer… gets very excited, when he realizes we’re going to have a Spa day at Sheer Heaven Spa! Richard, his groomer doesn’t disappoint- he’s very creativ, so loving, it’s no wonder he’s got sooo many Happy ???? customers!

I took that Aussie doodle in last week and he is so beautiful and so soft. They did a great job. I will use them again.

My Pomeranian has been groomed here for years. I really love Richard. He genuinely cares for all of his customers. I never worry about leaving my Pom with him. His grooming is always done to my satisfaction. They are choosy about who they hire to groom and that is a good thing for a pet lover.

My Chihuahua/Rat Terrier "Trigger" had stopped allowing me to trim his nails and they had gotten way too long. Richard was able to get him trimmed up in just a few minutes! Thank you so much. We'll definitely be coming back.

I love this place and so does my dog. Roxanne is an old dog and very hard to groom. She comes back looking and acting prissy and pampered. I would take her no where else. I thank you for her excellent care that you faithfully provide .

We moved to Arlington early this year, 2022. Our dog was in desperate need of a good bath and haircuit. We tried this place out and she came out looking good and smelling even better. Every other dog grooming place gave her back to us with a good haircut but there was always a lingering sweaty dog smell but Shear Heaven Pet Spa had her smelling GOOOOD. We hugged her a little longer than usual those days because she smelled so good haha. Definitely recommend.

This was our first time using Shear Heaven. At drop off of our Roscoe, we were greeted very friendly. I took pictures to show how we would like him groomed. They listened, asked questions, took pictures of the pictures I showed them and was very interactive and interested in how we wanted Roscoe to look.
When I picked him up.HE WAS PERFECT!!!
I was informed that he may have an ear infection (which we were unaware of) and given other details of his visit!
The staff was so super friendly! We are so very pleased! Roscoe will definitely be a return customer!!

Just moved to this area and I have a husky mix. Her hair is so thick and long, no one ever knows how to cut her hair. I found this place online at the last minute and what got me is the reviews, everything was 5 stars so I had to check it out. The first time leaving my baby with someone new was really hard, I cried yes I did but when I got the phone call he was ready I rushed so quickly! The staff was amazingly comforting they knew my concerns and worries and they eased my mind and stress. He looked and smelled amazing. So the second time I dropped off my boy (11/20/21) he was chill and that made me very happy. When I got the phone call he was ready, I headed out. When she pulled him out he looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Melissa listen to my comments, my babys hair is prefect, the length I wanted on him was on point! I love when they listen to us and that they did. My baby loves them, hes doing so well when they groom him etc. Thank you guys for loving my baby and of course everyone elses when we drop off! Highly recommend, the staff is friendly, sweet, & very kind!

Love, love, love this place! Richard and his staff are exceptional! This is the 1st time my dog went to a groomer without being pulled and they did a beautiful job. Friendly, informative and right on time as promised! If you go here you won't be disappointed and your pet is pampered. My only suggestion would be to show me the dog 1st before receiving payment, the tip would have been bigger!

My wife and I drive from Dallas to get our Goldendoodle groomed here. They are always able to get him in and are more affordable and give a better cut than we're able to find in town. The staff is friendly and you can tell they really care about animals and making your pet comfortable while providing good a good cut.

I have tried many groomer but Shear Heaven is the best. My 3 Shih Tzus love Richard.

I've brought my dogs here twice, and I am thoroughly impressed. My dogs have come in both times a complete mess and the folks here make them look like brand new pups, in just a couple hours. The cuts are great. The prices are reasonable. The staff are very talented at grooming and are courteous. I've found a furever groomer for my little pups.

I booked a grooming session on a holiday weekend with only a day or two warning. When Saturday came, I brought in my three-legged golden retriever who hasn't been groomed in over a year while she recovered from her amputation and chemo.
The staff greeted us warmly, and my pup walked right up to the groomer, obviously already comfortable. They guided me through my attempt to describe what I wanted, which was basically "make her look good, cause right now she looks homeless."

Fast forward less than 4 hours and I returned to a squeaky clean and spruced up pup. The studio was very clean and surprisingly peaceful. The staff members were friendly and relaxed, just what I wanted for my lil elderly tripawd. We will definitely be back.

We have followed Richard (groomer) from another grooming spot because of the love and care he shows to our wire fox terrier. He has been her only groomer for her 5 years. Not the easiest breed to groom, but he takes the time to groom her to standard, understanding her quirky ("don't touch my front paws") ways. My best friend has used him for years for her, admittedly difficult border collie mix. He takes the time she needs to groom her in stages. Just the best!

They are really great! Did a great job on my Scotties, one of which is hard to handle. They are also reasonably priced. Highly reccommend!

This place is AWESOME!

I found it, randomly, driving down Bowen because it had big letters on the window that said "WE ALSO DO CATS". I have an overweight, slightly grumpy cat that needed a bath and a mani/pedi, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I called and set up an appointment yesterday afternoon for this morning.

I went in and I wasn't sure what to expect but the two ladies were very friendly and the place was super quiet and relaxed. They did an awesome job on him. They didn't stress him out and he looks great.

I will absolutely go back.
